Postage and Packaging
All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house logistics department. Your purchase is shipped directly to you as soon as we receive your cleared payment, including at weekends.
We offer standard 14 to 21 day shipping as well as a competitively priced DHL 3 to 4 day tracked courier service.
Insurance
DHL parcels are automatically insured but, in line with standard courier practice, please check parcel contents before signing as if you do not we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurred in transit.
If your parcel is insured, we are happy to refund or replace your item and will also reimburse the amount you paid for shipping.
Faulty Product or Missing Parts
If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request an exchange. The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product.
Return Policy
We are happy to replace faulty goods. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.
Shipping Policy
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship your parcel. This is done to protect the interests of ourselves and our customers.
Duties and Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country; this includes (and is not limited to) duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services.
Warranties
Items do not include a warranty in your country unless otherwise specified.
Stock Levels
Due to unforeseen high demand we occasionally find ourselves out of stock of a particular item. Please be assured that we do our best to avoid this situation and will notify you and ship your purchase as soon as possible.
