We are recruiting for an English speaking Customer Service Representative. Job responsibilities involve handling in all its aspects: order process, product and shipping issues and bottom line responsibility. Responsibilities:
1. Handle all kinds of requests throughout the order process: pre-sale enquiries, checkout process and payment issue.
2. Follow up on shipping enquiries for delivered orders.
3. Resolve post-sale product or shipping issues.
4. Online Marketing Activities: Training Provided

Responsibilities:
1. Make recommendations for on-page improvements to maximise search engine visibility
2. Perform competitor analysis and link analysis to assist in formulating SEO strategies
3. Develop marketing campaings involving different media and channels.
4. Provide full reporting and analytics on search campaigns and using the analytical findings to make key business decisions and develop future strategies.
5. Work closely with external agencies to ensure they are meeting our business objectives.
6. Research and document developments and trends in e-commerce
