1) Tracking your Package
Click here to track your package by sending us an email with your order number and name. Your package is dispatched to you as soon as your payment clears (this includes weekends). You will receive an email from our logistics department when your package has been dispatched.
2) Shipping Methods
We offer 3 different shipping methods - standard airmail, registered airmail and DHL. Airmail normally takes between 14 and 21 days, although it can often be much quicker. DHL takes just 3 - 4 working days and is fully tracked and insured. DHL will require a signature upon delivery and as such, we do not accept PO Box addresses.
3) Shipping Costs
We don't believe in expensive flat rate shipping costs. To make it fairest for you, we've calculated the price of each product according to its weight for all three shipping options - standard airmail, registered airmail and DHL. You can find the shipping price for every product listed on its product page. For certain products you may notice that there is only DHL shipping offered. In these cases, the products are fragile and need extra care when handling.
4) Insurance
DHL and parcels are automatically insured, however, in line with standard courier practice we ask that you check your package contents before signing for it. Our logistics team employ strict packaging procedures to ensure that goods are adequately protected during transit. In this way if your order does arrive damaged and you do not check the package before signing, we will not be held accountable.
Whichever shipping method you choose, if your parcel is insured, we are happy to refund or replace your item and will also reimburse the amount you paid for shipping.
5) Geographical Shipping Restrictions
Currently we do not ship to the following countries:
Bulgaria, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Egypt, Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Latvia, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
6) Customs and Duties
We recommend that you check the import tax rates in your country prior to purchase.
For small orders of low cost items it is highly unlikely that there will be an import charge, although we cannot guarantee this. In the event of a parcel being stopped by customs, we do not take responsibility for any charges incurred.

To select items to order simply click the red "Add to Cart" button, then when you are ready to check out click the "Checkout" button. At this point you will be required to fill out your shipping and billing information.

All product warranty information is listed in the product specifications on the product pages. If the warranty details have not been included, assume that the product does not come with a warranty.
If you receive a product that is faulty or broken, please email us immediately. Our helpful customer service representatives will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to help resolve the problem.

If you receive your order and the product does not match its original description, is faulty or broken please email us now with your order number and a description of the problem within 7 days after receiving the goods. Our customer service team will get back to you within one working day to help find a solution.
Should you wish to return items that are in perfect condition, we are happy to exchange or refund the product if the item is returned in its original and unused state and in its original box and packaging. In such cases we do not take financial responsibility for the cost of returning the package to us. If you would like a refund we will reimburse only the cost of the product upon verification that the product and packaging are still new. We offer exchanges of products once the original product has been similarly checked to ensure that it is still new. It is your responsibility to cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product.

Our customer service team will then send a short list of instructions and a printable shipping label with the return address to attach to the package.
